Samkelisiwe Youth Development is a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering young people and women through education, skills development, career guidance, leadership and mentorship, entrepreneurship, and community development programmes.
Founded by Miss Samkelisiwe Sibisi in 2016, the organisation was establised with a vision to create opportunities that help young people realise their potential and become active contributors to society.

Meet Our Dedicated Team
Miss Samkelisiwe Sibisi is the Founder and Youth Personal Advisor of Samkelisiwe Youth Development, a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering young people through education, skills development, employability support, entrepreneurship, and leadership development.
She is a passionate youth development practitioner, mentor, and community leader committed to creating opportunities that enable young people to reach their full potential. Through her work, she provides career guidance, work readiness training, graduate and student work-integrated learning support, internship opportunities, and personal development coaching.
Samkelisiwe holds a National Diploma in Information Technology (Business Information Systems), a Bachelor of Administration in Public Administration, a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation and Research Skills, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies.
Her vision is to build empowered, skilled, and resilient youth who become leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, and active contributors to sustainable community development. Through Samkelisiwe Youth Development, she continues to inspire hope, transform lives, and create pathways to employment, education, and economic empowerment for young people across South Africa.
